Excellent, prompt, courteous service. The staff at Secureway were kind, approachable, and very skilled! I was in and out in very short order when I needed my hard drive unit unlocked. And at a shockingly fair price :)

Bought a sensor cleaning kit here and tried to do it myself. Got water stain on CMOS. Bought the camera to them and they were really helpful. Helped me solve the problem right away. Very professional.

Earlier this year, I contacted Union Alarm to survey our new Veterinary Clinic in SW Calgary. Graeme was able to attend site and provided some great advice on a Business Alarm System and High Definition IP Dome Cameras to protect our clinic. The Staff were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They explained the issues my PC was having in laypersons terms and were open and transparent about what they may be able to do in order to get an older model PC tower updated and functional.I had a positive experience with CDC and would recommend them as a place to go to regarding assistance with sales and repairs for Computers.

I went to get passport photos—trying to support locally owned businesses. There’s no mirror to ensure that you look tidy before your picture, nor do you get to see it before it’s printed. I paid $22 and the photo they took was horrible. I had mascara smudged on my face from winter weather and they didn’t bother to advise me before the photo was taken.Shoppers Drug Mart did a retake for me— 100 times better quality and customer service. Plus, they were at least friendly at Shoppers. I won’t be returning to this store.

Worst customer service.They will be nice until you pay then after ignoring you, not answering the calls or telling you will come and not show up.Had cameras installed in my business everything went good but then we got a break in and thieves tried to take the DVR but they left all the wiring off.Called them to come re wire it and the job was done horrible.My 3 year old would off done it better. Few cameras stooped working.Called the owner so many time, he promised me that it would sent his guy when he comes back from vacation but no luck.Not answering my calls or texts anymore.Just member you are not the only guy who does this kind of job. Please treat you customers better if you thinking to be in the businesses long term.I would give you - 5 star if i could.Very unprofessional.

Found a great used camera from them online. I live in Ottawa, they are Obviously in Red Deer.I was apprehensions about buying a camera sight unseen, but they let me know about their short term (money back) and slightly longer (store credit) return policy. They even let me put a hold on it so I could consider the purchase for a few days.I was over the moon with the comfort of knowing if I wasn't satisfied with my purchase I could return it, no questions asked.The camera (a Nikon D3) was in amazing shape, everything came as expected and there was even an unexpected gift in the package.The person I spoke with (Hank) was very helpful and was understanding of my concern about buying a camera over the phone.I couldn't be happier with my experience with this store.
